  • In a small condominium of 11 lots, beautiful apartment 55 m2 very well exposed, superb view south south-east.
    1 spacious living room with sofa, 1 bedroom parents bed 140, 1 children's bedroom 2 beds 90.
    bathroom with bath and washing machine. Separate toilet with washbasin.
    1 room for bags and luggage.
    TV, microwave, small electric oven, coffee maker.
    superb view from the balcony, over the Mélézet valley.
    Private parking and ski room to store mountain bikes for example.
    Near shops at 800m (supermarket, press bar, restaurants, 2 bakeries, cheese shop).
    Summer activities: hiking on the GR58 (Queyras tower, Ubaye tower). High altitude lakes (Ste Anne, Mirror Lake, Clausis..). Paragliding (very nice take-off site in the direct vicinity). Mountain biking.
