"The expedia pictures and value are VERY deceiving! First, there was NO hot water and minimal water pressure! Second, the a/c did not go below 79 degrees! When I texted the person, they said I need to send them a video of the hot water not working and the a/c not working so they can get it fixed. Highly doubt it woulda got fixed by the time we left. And it is 8 min to the airport, but then another 12 min inside the airport driving. Just better to pay a little more and stay somewhere else. "

"Check in and check out were easy. The condo was in a good location, within a few minutes of the marina and 30 minutes of the rainforest, and 20-25 minutes of Luquillo and Seven Seas Beach, which were beautiful beaches to see. The cleanliness of the condo itself was lacking. There was still trash from the previous renter and we had to purchase laundry detergent and dish sponges ourselves. The AC was also very loud in the living room, which prevented us from using it most of the time we were in the condo. "

"The common restrooms were unclean and lacked basic toiletries. The staff was inattentive, and we were informed that if we sat by the bar tools, we were expected to purchase drinks and food. It took over an hour to receive our appetizers, and we ultimately had to go to the bar ourselves to order additional drinks. Overall, the service was poor. When we asked if Spanish music could be played, we were told the music selection was based on the bar’s theme in the Margaritaville next to the pool area."

"The Stay was amazing overall! The customer service was impeccable, everyone was so kind! The property itself is vast and private -- VERY SAFE (there is a security gate you have to sign in just to get to the property). The pools were amazing, the beach is more so to tan on and appreciate the view. The sand is grainy and there's seaweed and the actual water is dangerous with riptides. The resort was extremely clean and not a single bug in site. I think this place is better for a shorter stay as you are far away from san juan and fajardo to do excursions. I would also recommend renting a car for those reasons as well as for food. The cafe is amazing for breakfast with smoothies and acai bowls, the pizza pool bar is awesome, but the main restaraunt "Trova" is underwhelming. Overall: A beautiful resort and an EXTREME value for the price range"
