Really nice staff and very clean rooms

The staff were very helpful and were willing to engage you on topics related to the facility as well the various birds and other animals that are part of the estate. the staff assigned to the main house and the dining facilities were also friendly and helpful. They were proud to highlight the various meals that were on offer and to discuss the local content in the preparation of the meals. My 2 grandchildren who came on a day pass were super excited to explore the various trails especially the ones leading to the pools, where they had a ball bathing in the pools and the walk-through nature. My granddaughter is a picky eater, and the dining room staff were all too willing to assist in ensuring she had something to eat she enjoyed.
