Apesar do hotel ter bom quartos e a localização ser conveniente Durante minha estadia, encontrei alguns problemas que impactaram significativamente minha experiência: • Comportamento da Equipe: Os funcionários demonstraram desinteresse e, por vezes, foram bastante rudes. Parecia que estavam apenas fazendo um favor ao me permitir a estadia, em vez de se esforçarem para garantir uma visita agradável. • Padrões de Limpeza: Apesar da minha longa permanência, os lençóis do meu quarto não foram trocados.
