Cedarhurst Golf Club

Very disappointing experience. The staff were rude, unfriendly, and unwelcoming. Good customer service is just as important as the product or service being offered and unfortunately, the staff’s attitude made the experience unpleasant. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better customer service training to ensure customers are treated with respect.

The concierge and front desk staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. We were only there for 1 night but treated us as if we were mainstays. I highly recommend this hotel just based on the customer service alone, but combine the comfort and modern, organic design of each room, this hotel was wonderful.

Exceptional experience. Everything was perfect. The staff was exceptional!
