This house is perfect to accommodate your large group with 4 bedrooms, 6 queen beds ,2 sofa beds,2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 bathrooms,100MMBPS internet & Smart TVs. BEST LOCATION with 2 min walk to Newbo City Market, bars and restaurants, various events space in the city. Pet-friendly. The lower unit is wheelchair accessible. Guests can enjoy their freedom to check-in and check-out easily with keyless entry. Although I will personally not be greeting you at the house, I will be happy to help with anything before, during and after your stay. I am easily accessible all times via the app, text and email. The property owner had scheduled the exterior of the house to be painted, but after contacting the property manager, they stopped painting until after we departed. The house looked like the interior cleaning hadn't quite been completed. We had only one wash cloth for the upstairs, and some other things were out of place, but nothing earth shattering. We had a problem with the upstairs toilet and the woman who fixed it was super nice, timely and brought us a bottle of wine for our inconvenience. Having all the amenities on both floors worked perfect for our stay. Also access to many Bar/restaurants in walking distance made it convenient. VERY COMFORTABLE beds (like sleeping on CLOUDS-- SO comfortable!!) and accommodations, lots of room to have a large group be able to visit or sprawl out if they'd like. LOVED the big porch and porch swing!! TWO kitchens and two baths were wonderful! We have two elderly Aunts who needed easy access with their walkers, and there is a wonderful long wheelchair ramp and nice wide doors that accommodated them with no problems at all. And being within walking distance to Newbo and Czech Village and very nice shops and restaurants was a wonderful bonus. Our hosts were wonderful, so friendly and immediately available with answers to questions and recommendations. I highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a nice place for a larger group to get together!! We ALL loved it!! ##### Peggy H.
