Brand new house and new location for your trip

The second largest city in Iowa, Cedar Rapids. My house is built and furnished after the famous Cedar Rapids floods on 2008 and 2016. It is located at SW Cedar Rapids, 15 minuets away from the cedar river and downtown, 30 minutes drive from downtown Iowa City and the University. It’s a half of the duplex on the new community, attached 2-car garage, we’ll-stocked kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with landuary, beautiful indoor and outdoor plants and flowers. Library, Jc penny, Menards, Walmart, Target, Starbucks, little Caesars, Noodles Company, appetize, Sushi are just at the corner of my house.

Remove all indoor trash to the 2 trash cans(outside the garage), bring them and the recycle bin to the curb on Monday night or Tuesday morning (before 7:00 am).
Remove the food from the sink and do the dishes. No need to wash beddings or towels because janitors will collect them.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

There's a penalty if there're unpaid guests or unauthorized visitors; or pets of any kind. No shoes in house. Please wear the provided slippers.
Do Not let anyone taking or stealing anything from the owner, so that your security deposit and credit card will not be charged.
Please eat at the kitchen, do not eat in bed, or on carpets. Please avoid leave dirty marks, food debris (residue) or liquid on the beds or carpets.

Nice stay

This well-kept home is located in a quiet, newer area with quick access to main roads that easily take you to any destination in the area. The king-size bed that we slept in was very comfortable. (Not many VRBOs offer two bathrooms and a king-size bed!).

Clean and Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay here. The unit was immaculate with comfortable beds. We were in Cedar Rapids for a wedding and found it easy to get to the center of the city. We were glad to find a rental with two bathrooms; it’s surprising how many CR rentals have only one bathroom for four people.

Nice duplex

My husband and I loved our rental duplex. It was very clean, easy to find, and updated. Everything we needed was there. It’s located in a quiet residential neighborhood. We also appreciated the king bed and a good nights sleep. We were visiting family in North Liberty for 4 weeks and this rental was only 20 minutes away from their home. It was just a great stay and I would stay at this rental again.
