Room was pretty clean, bathroom fan and behind bathroom door for sure missed for a couple months. But in general bed it was clean and served our purpose. Was a good and affordable to stay close enough to falls. 10-15 minute walk depending on speed to Clifton hill shops and falls.

The room was nice and it smelled clean. Hallways and areas are dated and it's looking pretty run down in certain areas. Checking in we waited quite a while for someone to come to the front desk, who wasn't the most friendly. But it was in a decent location and a nice room for the money.
