Right in the middle of everything you’d want to do downtown. The balcony has a great view of town, the ocean, and Atsena Otie Key. The condo itself is nice, but it is quite small. Listing says it will sleep 6, but we had 4 (2 adults, a teenager, and a preteen), and we were tripping over each other. The bedroom is barely big enough to hold the king-sized bed that is in it and still have walking room around it. Washer and dryer are in the bathroom, which makes it quite a tight squeeze to get in. The top bunk bed is too close to the ceiling to be functional for anyone over the age of 7-8, and even then, I doubt they’d be able to sit upright without bumping their head. Our 11-year old opted for the sleeper sofa. The kitchen is also super tiny. Dishwasher and stove are half the size of a normal kitchen, and there is no counter space for a microwave, so it’s on top of the fridge. Only 1 person can fit in the kitchen at a time. That said, if you’re not looking to cook a full meal and you don’t mind the “tiny house” feel, it has everything you need and it really is in a great location. ##### Jessica M. The condos at Island Place are wonderful. We loved the location and the view of the Gulf from our balcony and the pool.
