Welcome to McCabe's Paradise, Unit 2D! This two bedroom, two bathroom condo has everything you need to enjoy your Cedar Key vacation. Offering exceptional open water views and your own private balcony, you can enjoy the full island experience for your entire stay! You'll find comfort in a fully stocked kitchen and cozy furnishings, with plenty of opportunities for relaxation and fun.

Old Fenimore Mill Condominiums are conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, playground and Cedar Key's vibrant downtown area. For a true local experience, consider renting a golf cart to explore the town. The complex boasts ample boat/trailer parking, a community pool and hot tub, private beach access, a BBQ area, and a private fishing dock. Bring your own kayaks and store them on the community kayak rack, allowing for direct launch from the complex.

This unit is pet-friendly, with a pet fee of $50 per pet per visit and a maximum of two pets.

Nice little getaway!

It was a very short but memorable visit! Overlooking the gulf, saw some dolphins, and lots of bird watching! Relaxing and very close to downtown (which was closed at the time) but, when it opens back up. Would be coming back!

Great View and Very Clean!

The condo was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The deck overlooking the water faces southeast and provides very nice views. We would definitely stay on the first floor next time, had my mom with us and the stairs were a bit of a challenge. Pelican Realty folks as always responsive and make the stay easy.

Surprisingly comfortable

Our condo was very well maintained, we had full beach view and it was very quiet and tranquil, everyone was pleasant around the area.. small beach area and that’s ok sometimes when you have too much to choose from makes it harder to find just what you’re looking for. The property management was also very helpful and they answered the phone very promptly which was great.. I would definitely rent this condo again in the future.. I recommend to anyone
