Located directly on the Gulf within a true nature preserve, the property is framed by swaying palms, warm Gulf breezes, and tranquil coastal scenery—an ideal setting to relax, reconnect, and unwind. Whether you’re planning a romantic getaway or a fun coastal vacation, Island Place provides an exceptional blend of comfort, charm, and location. The complex is thoughtfully designed to reflect the historic character of Cedar Key while offering modern conveniences. My wife and I drove down with our dogs to getaway for my birthday. We enjoyed how easy it was to check-in and got settled in right away. The condo is accurately listed online and perfect for a couple or small family with pets. The town was quiet and calm, but the condo location also allowed us to walk to everything! In addition, it was very cold in the condo and Heather provided us with a blanket. The bathroom tub was dangerously slippery and a mat was provided.
