Pet Friendly: Pets are welcome with a $50 fee per pet, per visit (maximum one pet). The tv system is the worst. It is a “smart tv” that only gives you what it wants you to watch. It is Amazon prime and only operates apps, no tv channels. It was clean, nicely decorated and well stocked with everything you need. HUGE PROBLEM was that they neglected to mention the MAJOR construction project 20 feet from the balcony. Yes, 20 feet!! If you don’t like construction equipment, cranes, front end loaders, cement saws starting at 7:30 AM and running all day, then stay away!!! Not a moments peace our entire stay.
