"Nice hotel, room was clean and nicely decorated. Bed was super comfy. They had a nice happy hour with free beer and wine which was a nice touch. I missed the breakfast because I slept in. It was hard to do because the maids were a little aggressive to clean the room in the morning, knocking on the door at 8 am and again at 9 am. I would stay there again but would hang a do not disturb tag on the door."

"This was our second stay at this location and the service was just as prompt this time. This location provides space to have friends and family hang out while visiting the area. It is conveniently close to the university for parents visiting their students or coming in town to catch an event."

"It was perfect for our group. Only problems were while we could get on the WiFi it did not connect to the internet the whole time we were there. And the master bedroom had sunlight shining in at dawn. Otherwise it was a great experience."

"The current owners have only had the property for the past year and are working hard to keep it going. They have added daily lunch and dinner menus and we enjoyed dinner during our stay as well as breakfast. Very personable hosts who are eager to please their guests, They intend to be open daily year round so give The Argo a try!!!"

"We booked through Expedia. No room number or access code was forwarded. A worker leaving for the day helped us. The room was clean and nice. This hotel does not have an attendant or office. This was inconvenient. Other patrons had a party until 1 am. They stopped after we insisted. Other than that. It was a nice overnight place to stay."

"It was like a home away from home but with an incredible view. Front row seats to beautiful sunrises and sunsets while surrounded in a symphony of birds chirping, frogs croaking and the gentle flow of a creak right outside the front door. If you're looking for a place to get away from the city, do some fishing and enjoy time with loved ones, this is the place to be."
