It was great central location with restaurants and grocery stores near by. Bonus was the community pool nearby that my teens used to get in their swim practice. The home is a great size and the different bedrooms worked great for our group (2 parents, 2 grandparents, 2 teens) plus extra space. The upstairs has a sitting room off the entry and kitchen while the downstairs/basement has the TV and big sofa. My teens especially loved the Crunchy Roll streaming subscription! We didn't have any issues with street noise but did have a little bit of issue with the creaky floors in the hallway and frequent night visits to the bathroom. Would recommend someone with those habits take the primary room or the basement room. There's a nice office downstairs that was great for taking zoom calls or getting some work done. We were able to fit 2 SUVs in the garage, although it was a squeeze. Could have use some steak knives in the kitchen and a few more serving bowls but we made it work.
