Basement Apartment--Sleeps 6 *2 Bedrooms +Kitchen/Laundry

  • Nicely furnished & Spacious Basement Apartment. Located in the Center of town right next to Ridge Park & close to SUU. The basement is private, with a separate entrance and lockbox code, no stairs to enter, and lots of parking on the North side. Furnished kitchen with microwave, toaster, coffee pot, fridge, stove, & all the essentials to cook your own meals. Netflix, cable, & board games provided. My family lives in the upstairs and main floor year round. Our home is in a perfect location, just over a mile from the Cedar City Temple & The Shakespeare Festival. Enjoy your stay in beautiful Southern Utah!
    There are so many great hiking/biking trails nearby. We are also close to the Aquatic Center, Lake on the Hill, Ice Rink, & Wal-Mart. Kolob Canyon is 20 minutes away, Cedar Breaks 30 minutes, Brian Head 45 minutes, Zion National Park 75 minutes, & Bryce Canyon 90 minutes.
