UNE HONTE. Un cadre complètement rococo. :(

Comme je suis passé par Hotels.com le patron m’a déclassé d’une chambre suite à une petite chambre au Rez de jardin, limite placard. Il nous a dit c’est à prendre ou à laisser. Ce type d’action est illégal !!!. Et tout ça sous le principe que c’est à cause du COVID. Cet individu est en panique de recevoir des clients. Comme il nous a dit « je suis chez moi!! » Du coup il choisit à façon les règles du commerce. Sachant qu’avant de partir de chez moi,4 heures avant, j’appelais pour lui indiquer notre arrivée et qu’il ne nous rien dit au téléphone. Nous nous sommes retrouvés sans rien loin de chez nous. Il n’avait aucune once de remords et culpabilité. Pour finir et pour information je passe mes semaines en déplacement à l’hôtel et que c’est la première fois que j’ai rencontré un individu aussi malhonnête!!!

A éviter impérativement: hôtel dangereux!

Le propriétaire des lieux nous a refusé l'accès à son hôtel au prétexte que nous n'avions pas de pass sanitaire étant entendu que nous avionsindiqué ne pas prendre le petit déjeuner et arriver très tard (1j du matin environ). En outre, nous ayant refusé la chambre il nous a également refusé le remboursement. Le tout avec un manque d'éducation patent puisque nous n'avons même eu droit à un bonjour mais une agression directe sur le lavage des mains. Cet hôtel n'est absolument pas recommandable et doit être évité à tout prix indépendamment du pass sanitaire puisque ces personnes sont malhonnêtes. Merci de retirer cet hôtel de vos propositions ou bien d'indiquer les informations complètes relatives au pass sanitaire et au fait que les titulaires de cet hôtel ne sont pas taillés pour ce métier dans la mesure où il leur manque l'essentiel pour pouvoir l'assurer correctement: le sens de l'accueil et de l'autre.

Bon rapport qualité / prix/ prestation

Cet hôtel principalement pour les curistes (nous ne l’étions pas) a un bon rapport qualité/ prix / prestation pour la region. Le point a améliorer serait le petit déjeuner pour lequel il manque des fruits Frais. L’insonorisation des chambres n’est pas parfaite et vous risquerez d'être réveillé par le bruit de claquement de porte des voisins si vous avez le sommeil léger... mais c’est normal car il s’agit d’une vieille bâtisse. Nous n’avons pas eu le temps de profiter du jardin mais qui avait l’air agréable.

Excellent séjour, chambre agréable, sdeb très étroite, wc séparé avec grande fenêtre,Les locaux sont très propres.le tout donnant sur un magnifique jardin.La télévision n est pas bien placée, impossible de la regarder la fenêtre ouverte et il faut se tordre le cou pour regarder..Les repas sont excellents.service familial. Les propriétaires semblent un peu froid au départ mais sont pour finir très sympathiques et à l écoute des clients, Ils se sont occupes de nous lorsque nous sommes tombés en panne de voiture..on y retournera
