### Bright T2 bis with Veranda and Wifi, 4 People

This 53 m² two-bedroom plus alcove (T2 bis) apartment is located on the first floor of Building A in the Palissy II Residence. Its veranda offers a stunning unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside, where you can relax in the all-weather garden lounge.  
  
The bright living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a large flat-screen TV on a storage unit, and a dining area with a sideboard, table, and four chairs. The renovated, separate kitchen opens onto the veranda through a window and is equipped for meal preparation with a fridge-freezer, four-burner ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, and plenty of storage cabinets.  
  
The bathroom, featuring a bathtub, vanity unit, washing machine, and tumble dryer, is filled with natural light thanks to a large window. The toilet is separate.  
  
The sleeping area is upstairs, accessible via the staircase from the living room, with a TV, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe in each room.  
  
The master bedroom has two 90 cm single beds and two large windows.  
The second mansard-style bedroom has a 140 cm double bed and a skylight (velux).
