  • Located 30m from the beach, this charming old house has been renovated with modern amenities and comfort, just 2 hours from Paris. It features 8 bedrooms and a large enclosed garden. Close to the beach, tennis courts, and the town centre. Ideal for a family holiday or weekend getaway. This large house was renovated in 2016. It includes a 50m² open-plan living room and kitchen, a large dining table seating up to 14 people, and a lounge area with 2 sofas. Ground floor: 3 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, and 1 bedroom with a single bed, plus a bathroom. Second floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with twin beds, and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, plus a bathroom. There are toilets on each floor of the house. The house benefits from a pleasant enclosed garden with children's play equipment: a swing and a small playhouse, as well as a large outbuilding (former garage) with a ping-pong table. Easy street parking is available. The town centre is a 5-minute walk away.

Maison idéalement située à proximité de la plage, du centre et des lieux touristiques (Hourdel, Baie de Somme, St Valéry, Ault ..). Nous étions 14 et la superficie de la maison était tout à fait satisfaisante (pièces à vivre, chambres et jardin) et les équipements très complets. Unique petit bémol .... le ménage n'était pas à la heuteur du prix payé ..... je recommande, malgré tout !

Long weekend dans maison familiale comme on aime

Nous avons passé un long weekend dans cette charmante maison familiale avec plein de chambres pour une fête de famille. Le séjour et la cuisine sont très bien arranges pour permettre les grandes tablées et conversations en nombre dans le salon! Juste en face de la plage, a la découverte de cette très jolie région.
