The main level has a King bedroom and bathroom. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms/2 baths. The second bedroom is a King bed that can be converted to 2 twin beds upon advanced request. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be converted to a King upon request. There is an open plan kitchen and family room with a dining area and breakfast bar and two sets of sliding glass doors that allow you to bring the Caribbean Sea into your home! Beyond the sliding glass doors is a wonderful over sized deck with seating for at least 8 people. Your million dollar views are included in the nightly rental rate!!!! The whole unit has beautiful Belizean hardwood ceilings throughout. There is a TV in the living room and the kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensils you should need and yes there is a Blender!! We have washer/dryer in the units and a safe for valuables. The bathrooms are all stocked with plush bath and hand towels as well as wash cloths and beach towels. WiFi is free, secure and throughout all the buildings. There is Air Conditioning in every room however the breeze from the ocean is more than sufficient to keep you cool so we ask that you open the doors and windows and keep our electric bills at a minimum so we can continue to offer you the best prices possible! For your swimming needs we have built a large pool and deck that sits behind the buildings. Loungers with padded cushions are plentiful and the pool is 5 feet deep. In addition we have put out a sea wall to add a beach like frontage from which extends a 250 foot long dock with a large swim and sunbathing platform at the end and a huge shady palapa. Our previous properties have proven that the dock is our guests favorite place to hang out although the size of the new pool and deck may compete for attention!! We rent island bikes for $7.50 US per day/per bike and the paddle boards are free! We have toddler carriers and pack n play for the little ones. We also rent golf carts, recommend to reserve in advance. Perhaps the nicest place on Caye Caulker. Just a short walk along the beach path from the Ferry. We just rolled our luggage. Nice to have the private pier to lounge around. Staff were friendly and helpful. One of the AC units was “fussy”. It was fixed that same day - on a Sunday. Great place to spend a few days on the Caye. ##### Eric N. Reviewer Comments: I stayed at Velento for a 5 day girl’s trip. We had three bedrooms and three bathrooms. We stayed in unit 1\. Every morning we enjoyed coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time staying at Velento #1\. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The condo and property were very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We loved being on the sea and the view from the balcony defies words - enjoyed many hours sitting on the balcony feeling life's stresses melt away. Full kitchen, bottled water, washer/dryer and what a view. Our first morning we seen dolphins jumping right at the end of the dock. Reviewer Comments: Velento #1 was the perfect accommodation for our family. The house is beautiful and well equipped with everything from home. The balcony over looks the ocean with a constant wind blowing. In the evenings we swam in the pool right outside our back door. The location of the house was great because it was quite but close to town. The staff was very helpful and friendly and available all day. The went above and beyond to welcome us. We were able to walk to the Split but the golf cart made it easy for the whole to get around. ##### Leah F. Reviewer Comments: We were a family of six, celebrating a 50th wedding anniversary - three couples, in all. The unit was spacious: three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The spectacular view of the private dock and the water from the porch was enjoyed by all of us. The unit was clean; the property, well maintained and the staff, friendly and helpful. Two from our party were divers and they did two dives per day, then all of us went snorkeling together with the sharks and rays on our third day. We enjoyed eating at the Happy Lobster, Pelican Sunset Bar, Sip n’ Dip and Roy’s...lobster was plentiful since it was just after Lobster Fest.
