Good price point for having a pool. Close to the airport. Needs a bit of work/ upgrade in some areas. But I would stay again. Suite had almost everything needed. Communication was good. 8/10

Great place to stay!

Great apartments with a kitchenette, tv with cable, wifi and AC. The pool is a big plus as well! The location is a bit of a walk from the Main Street but not bad at all with a bike. Only thing we wish was different was that the bed was very hard. Other than that I highly recommend staying here!

The apartment was quite nice. Perfect for one or two or even three people. I’d definitely recommend staying here. Very clean and very comfortable. Kitchen was handy. Bed was comfortable. Hot water worked. WiFi was reliable, too. It’s a little bit of a walk from the central area. But Caye Caulker is small; so nothing is too far. It wasn’t well lit inside. (Maybe some light bulbs were out.) The 4 pm check in time was late. They were up front about this in the rental materials; so that’s on me. But it was inconvenient. Caye Caulker itself is a wonderful place to get away from civilization. Charming village and beautiful scenery. That said, some merchants are unprofessional. I had a small issue with a scuba place, a very bad taxi driver (608 2663), and a crooked ferry company (Water Jets International). So just beware. Mayan Falls was nice. The owner’s team was quite helpful. You’ll enjoy your stay here.

The Vacasa Mayan Falls Team was Great while I was there , the staff was very help all the times, the only issue was the pool, Alvin tried his best with the pool, but few times was good to swim,

Clean, and quiet. Pool was refreshing. The AC worked great, which gave us a reprieve from the hot weather. Shower worked fine. TV and internet was great. Price was excellent.

Amazing!

The rooms are great. Very clean and comfortable. Loved the pool as well. We did have a bit of trouble getting in but the Housekeeper was so helpful. Definitely recommend ‼️ loved the ambiance!

Our winter on Caye Caulker

Mayan Falls was a nice place to stay for the price. The staff is very friendly and accomadating to our needs. We stayed in the Chan unit and it was more than sufficient for our long term stay. Somethings do need updating but overall we were very comfortable with plenty of room. The pool was also a plus.

Vacasa Belize was a nice place. It is on the far end of the island. If you are flying in to Caye Caulker it is right by the airport, if you are coming in by boat/ferry it is a long walk (20+mins) or you have to get a taxi ride for BZD($10). Overall the place was clean and nice, the check-in description was accurate, the location is hard to find via gps but the locals know where it is.

Great value

For a fraction of the cost of staying somewhere closer to the main area this place has everything you need. AC, wifi, fridge, tv and a pool. Rent a bike if you don't want to walk in the heat or rain.

Great Spot

Is a great little place that has everything you need. Only downside is that it is farther away than most hotels. Rent a bike and it feels much closer.
