"The room as interconnecting entrances that are tiled and loud and the fire proof doors are really loud. We had a party group in the connecting room who stayed up till 3am and woke us multiple times. The space isn’t well thought out. The bed had a body hole deep in the mattress on both sides that was extremely uncomfortable. It’s time to upgrade the mattresses! The pillows were awful and when we reached in for the spare pillow it was pre used with someone’s makeup face still on it. To top it...

"When we arrived to check in it was self serve and we found the instructions to the room a little confusing, while looking for our room, we saw a member of staff who seemed to be irritated by our presence. When we got to our room it was neatly presented and clean. Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress was quite old and lumpy and you only get one pillow so we found that a little frustrating.
