We're a bit in the middle about this hotel. It looked lovely from the pictures, add to that the reviews and it was an easy choice, unfortunately on a Sunday the bar and restaurant are closed which wasn't obvious via hotels.com. This made the experience not as it could have been. Still a great sleep and clean hotel. Breakfast was nice, they serve great coffee. Not a lot of interaction was had with staff so we can't comment on this

The property seems very new and well-maintained. The room was very clean and well-equipped. The gym was also very nice. It is on the edge of a less preferable part of town but close to everything.

The room was hot no matter what they did. Thu changed our room on the second day and still not. The temperature on the unit never changed no matter what we or they did.
