We had not been to Belize since 2022, and I can say that the quality of service and the property is even better than before - and before it was fantastic. Dory assisted with our room selection and checked on us our entire trip. She was accommodating and patient with us! Since 2022, there is a whole new resort on the property - the Banks - which comes with a new restaurant - Humo. While we preferred the food at the Grove and Don Totino's, the atmosphere at Humo is insanely beautiful. Indeed, the entire property is lovely with a great hike to a gazebo which gives you a lovely view of the mountains and the "Sleeping Giant." There are other hikes on property and I understand they will be offering yoga in the future. If you do not have a car, there are great trips that you can take, including a Ceremonial Cave (which I have done in the past and it was quite cool) tour, expeditions to Mayan ruins, cave tubing or kayaking, and cooking classes. There are different room types so check into what you most prefer. We have to been to most and like all but one that is too near the road and road noise by reception. It is a slice of paradise in the middle of the jungle that I cannot recommend enough!"
