The ATM cave is about 45 minutes away, 10 minutes from Guanacaste, and not too far from cave’s branch. Minor issues. The place is very good, big, clean, great structure, everything you need. On the third floor, can be complicated for those with many bags. Just missed a little bit of privacy in some occasions. I had issues with the AC and the guy who fixed it was inside the bedroom when I came back from work in the next day (I asked them to let me know when he would fix it). Also, in another time, they were entering the apartment without letting me know first. There's still construction working on the building and sometimes people walk in the apartment balcony. It does not have Ana actual outdoor hot tub like in the pictures but a soaking tub in the bathroom. Water pressure was really bad so if you'd like a bath make sure to start pouring an hour ahead of time but the water temperature was hot so I didn't mind. Water pressure in the kitchen sink was really low too. The pool was nice and clean.
