"Close to Carlsbad taverns 28 min, very unique style property, like a bunker or trailer setup, just wanted something functional, near the National Park and clean. Breakfast starts at 730am not 6am...it hasnt been changed....keep that in mind!"

"The staff were nice. We had a do not disturb sign up and every time we left the sign would be down and the housekeeper would have been in the room and exchanged the towels. It’s not that big of a deal except we had the sign up and the house keeper did not respect our privacy. She went all 3 days. I did not say anything about it because it was just the towels that she would pick up and replace. What was frustrating was when I asked for toilet paper, she told me I had to go to the front desk. There was some on her cart. The stay was okay other than that. You get what you pay for. "
