"Very nice hotel. Staff was awesome and great breakfast. The grounds are beautiful. It is 1.8 km from Punta Sabbione and it’s a 10 min walk to the bus stop to get to PS to catch vaporettos to Lido and Venice."

"Good place but very small rooms. You can barely fit your suitcase in the room, we had to keep one on them on the balcony and the other one in the room. We had double room. Also, very small shower space, we are not big people but barely fit in the shower cabin."

"Best place to stay when you visit Venice, just a few minutes from the ferry. Breakfast is amazing and room is so comfortable. Newly renovated"

"Love the hotel. Very convenient right in front of bus stop. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. The hotel provided free bikes and free umbrellas & beach chairs which is great. Breakfast is plenty with beautiful sitting. Everyone is very helpful and nice, especially Shirley at the breakfast. She always with smile and help us with bus and things to do. I will definitely be back if we in town."

"Breakfast was excellent. "

"I liked it was on the beach but so crowded with trailers everywhere not much for privacy the room was clean and the staff were great"

"Very clean and nice hotell. Super helpful staff. Tasteful breakfast buffé with much options. Family friendly hotel with a playroom inside, playground outside and a pool that was very enjoyable for children. Perfect for our 1,5 year old to be able to move around and enjoy the pool and were able to walk and touch the ground in the pool in many areas. Beautiful flowers and garden that was kept tidy by staff. A big plus that the hotell had free refill of drinking water."

"The property was pristine and exceeded our expectations."
