We invite you to discover the magnificent coastline of our beautiful Var region.<br><br>You will be accommodated on the ground floor of about 100m², in our family villa located in a quiet domain. You will find:<br>• 2 large bedrooms, and a small living room with sofa bed that can be used as 1 bedroom (large cupboards, fans, sheets provided)<br>• 1 large bathroom with bath and shower, double sinks (towels provided)<br>• 1 WC and a small space with washing machine and cleaning facilities<br>• 1 large fully equipped open-plan kitchen<br>• 1 large open living room with corner sofa, sofa bed, TV, coffee table<br>• 1 dining room with sofa<br><br>Outside: <br>• A large terrace (50m²) overlooking the swimming pool<br>• A 50m² relaxation area with a fenced salt water swimming pool, ping-pong table, garden furniture with parasol and deckchairs <br>• A large garden with a petanque court and garden table<br>• 2 to 3 spaces to park in the courtyard in complete peace of mind<br><br>The house is located about 800m from the beach and shops (3 min by car, 10-15 min walk) and 2 km from the town centre. <br><br>We will warmly welcome you for your stay. <br><br>Cavalaire and its surroundings will suit all tastes with its various activities:<br>• with its large, varied, lively or quieter sandy beaches<br>• with many water activities (sailing, water skiing, water aerobics...)<br>• a festive and cultural atmosphere (free concerts, fireworks, etc.)<br>• exploration of the surroundings with varied landscapes: discovery of the coast, boat trips (Porquerolles, St-Tropez...), forest walks (on foot, by bike with bike rental possible)<br><br>Cavalaire is located about 20km from St-Tropez and Le Lavandou, approx. 45km from Hyères-Toulon airport, and approx. 100km from Nice-Airport.
