Private: property 600 m2, well-kept garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 120 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 02.May. - 17.Oct.) with alarm system. Parking on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 1.8 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bakery 1.8 km, bus stop "Halte routière" 1.4 km, park "Aqualand" 24 km, diving center 2.4 km. Tolles Ferienhaus

Ruhige Lage, viel Privatsphäre, sauber, sanitäre Anlagen in Ordnung. Küche Funktional und alles vorhanden. Toller Pool. Mängel: Matrazze oberes Zimmer leider unbequem und vor allem durchgelegen. Kein Sonnenschirmständer, respektive nur defekte.

Prima huis op mooie plekm

De plek is boven op een stijle berg, temidden van andere huizen maar met volle privacy. Weg is prima met de auto. Het uitzicht is prachtig, zeker ook op het balkon boven. Het zwembad( onverwarmd) was heerlijk en schoon. Het huis is ruim, en alles is aanwezig . Echter de banken zijn echt aan vervanging toe en boven had het bed een diepe kuil. Wij kregen pas om 17.30 uur de sleutel ipv 16 uur. De overdracht was zeer vriendelijk. Het zwembad alarm( verplicht!) ging meermalen in de nacht af.

Fantastischer Mittelmeerblick

Wir haben das Ferienhaus Yalou für 2 Wochen gebucht. Die Schlüsselübergabe und Einführung waren sehr angenehm. Von dem Garten hat man einen sehr schönen unbebauten Blick auf die Bucht von Cavalaire. Da das Haus am Ende eines Wendehammers liegt verirren sich nur sehr selten Autos in die Straße. Insgesamt ist es eine sehr ruhige Lage. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt. Die Hierfür anfallenden Stromkosten sind überschaubar (ca 25€ Gesamt-Stromverbrauch pro Woche).

A améliorer !

Belle villa Mais à revoir : la literie et lattes HS, le frigo limite en froid, les portes de placard qui ont du mal à fermer, tv dans la chambre qui fonctionne pas, pas de barbecue car HS a notre arrivée, serrure de la porte d entrée qui ne ferme pas à clé…. EDF a payer en plus à la fin ! Sinon la vue est magnifique. la villa est au calme pas vis à vis. Voiture indispensable ! L intérieur est bien agencé Agent interhome accueillant. Conscient des problèmes doit voir ac proprio.

Rapport qualité prix

Maison très bien située sur les hauteurs ( voiture obligatoire) bien exposée , calme. Le prix ne correspond au standing habituellement rencontré : literie très moyenne, placards sales et parfois vaisselle du fond sale,plaque de cuisson limite style camping, canapé propre mais affaissé et note d’électricité en fin de séjour à la fin du séjour. Cette maison en rapport qualité prix mériterait un rafraîchissement. Accueil parfait.

Maison bien située sur les hauteurs de Cavalaire avec très belle vue sur la ville, du coup on "respire". Belle piscine (non chauffée et sans couverture). Très calme. Par contre bémol sur équipement : literie de mauvaise qualité dans une chambre (belle GRANDE chambre avec un lit en 140 !) Propreté médiocre sachant que l'on paie 20 euros par personne = 120 euros qd même !). Équipement cuisine à compléter (pas d'économe, de couteau de cuisine, de ciseaux), frigo ne réfrigérant pas bien

Jolie maison située sur les hauteurs de cavalaire. Elle est bien équipée et confortable. Cependant voiture indispensable car cette maison est en haut du coteau. Nous avons payé l électricité! Alors que le prix de la location est déjà très élevé !!!

Fantastische Aussicht. Helle Einrichtung. Zimmer eher klein und Betten schmal. Matratzen bequem (nicht zu weich und nicht zu hart). Küche ok. Dampfabzug fehlt. Ofen klein. Brotmesser und Kochlöffel fehlen. Spährliche Ausstattung an Küchenutensilien. Klimageräte in Wohnzimmer und 1 Zimmer. 1 Zimmer im OG mit fantastischer Sicht aufs Meer. Ok für 4 Erwachsene und 1 kleines Kind. Nette Begrüssung mit 1 Flasche Wein.Trotz Vorbestellung kein Hochstuhl und Kinderbett vorhanden. Gemäss Person vor Ort nicht buchbar. Preis hoch, man bezahlt für Aussicht. Reisetipps: Rest. Le Péché Mignon in HyèresRest. Le Pizzaiole in CavalaireAusflug zu Lavendelfeldern Vendoles

Leider wurden wir diesmal sehr...

Leider wurden wir diesmal sehr enttäuscht! Das Haus ist ok für Ferien, aber man könnte auch mal ein paar alte Dinge ersetzen, die nicht zu kostspielig wären, wie alte Sitzkissen, uralter Mini–Backofen, kaputte Liegen und Lampe. Nicht nur kassieren, auch mal investieren, wäre Kundenfreundlich. Ameisen leider auch dieses Jahr, nach wie vor in Küche, obwohl wir es nett, mitteilten!Schade für das Haus u. tolle Lage, waren zum 3. Mal dort, aber sicher zum letzten Mal! Leider ist die Schlüssel–Halterin (diesesJahr wieder neu) nicht akzeptabel, liess Sie uns 4 Tage auf eine Antwort warten, ob e. frühere Abreise möglich wäre) Terminvereinbarung ein Riesenproblem (Dame ist berufstätig & telefonisch kaum erreichbar. Sms hin–u. her, nicht gerade entspannend inden Ferien. Ganz zu schweigen von der Abnahme, die ziemlich « Forsch» von Statten ging. Interchalet war wie immer sehr Kulant und Verständnisvoll. Wir freuen uns jetzt auf ein anderes Haus, und eine nette Vermieterin, damit wir uns weiterhin wie « Kunden» fühlen dürfen. Reisetipps: Le Lavandou empfehlenswert! Schöne Küstenfahrt ( ohne Stau) dahin, und hübsches Städchen mit tollen Restaurants. herziger Strand ( etwas ursprünglicher noch)

Erstmal das positive: Der Ausb...

Erstmal das positive: Der Ausblick vom Grundstück aus ist wunderschön. Das Haus und auch der Umgang mit dem Mieter weißt jedoch sämtliche Mängel auf. Zuerst einmal war das Haus sehr dreckig, wir haben erstmal alles Geschirr in die Spülmaschine tun müssen, die Sofagarnituren und Tischdecken hatten Flecken, die bei einer einfach Wäsche rausgegangen wären und auf den Fußleisten lag eine dicke Schicht Staub. Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig, Töpfe und Pfannen waren so verbeult odergewellt, dass sie schwer Hitze aufnehmen konnten. Dafür stimmt meiner Meinung nach der Preis nicht. Bei der Rücknahme des Hauses, wollte die Dame, dass ich den Gartentisch, den wir in die Sonne geschoben habe, wieder zurück stelle und die Liegenpolster, die wir, um sie vor dem Wind zu schützen reingeräumt hatten, wieder raus räumen. Außerdem sollte ich dann noch den Müll, den wir in der Mülltonne des Grundstücks entsorgt hatten, mitnehme. All das, obwohl wir für die Endreinigung vor Ort nochmal 20 Euro pro Person zahlen mussten. Reisetipps: Die Region an sich ist sehr schön und die Strände um Cavaliere sind sehr zu empfehlen. Außerdem gibt es Mittwoch vormittags einen Markt auf dem Hauptplatz des Dörfchens, welcher auch sehr schön ist.
