Lage des Hauses für fitte Menschen mit Auto genial. Viele Stufen zum und im Haus. Viel Platz auf vier Ebenen. Grandiose Aussicht! Aber der Zustand der Möbel entspricht nicht mehr den Fotos der Anzeige. Alles verkramt, alt und zugestellt. Die Matratzenschoner waren schmutzig und mussten erst von uns gewaschen werden. Nach einem Tag Arbeit und Reinigung war alles klasse und wirklich schön! Der Hausbesitzer sollte mal wieder nach dem Rechten schauen!

Super Aussicht, modernes Haus
Modern eingerichtetes Haus mit Superaussicht. 300 m über dem Meer. Gut ausgestattet. Für 7 Schlafplätze nur ein Bad. Gemütlicher Innenhof mit Grill. Weitere 2 Terrassen mit Blick. Fenster vom Wohnzimmer lässt sich vollständig öffnen und damit das Wohnzimmer zur Terrasse integrieren. Zufahrt über breite beleuchtete Straßen. 1 zugeteilter eigener Parkplatz.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, hoch über der Bucht von Cavalaire, nahe am Wald mit tollen Wandermöglichkeiten, der Strand 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, mehrere Außensitzbereiche mit Blick, schattig und mit Grill.
Es gibt nur ein Badezimmer. Kein deutsches Fernsehen, aber sehr gutes W-Lan. Sehr ruhig. Auffahrt auf den Berg über breite, gut beleuchtete Straßen.
