- a nice 10 sq. m terrace with plancha, with an exceptional view on the sea,
- a large and sunny living-room with a comfortable sofa-bed,
- a perfectly equipped open kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, hot plates, fridge),
- a night corner with a double bunk bed for kids,
- a bathroom with shower,
- vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment, hair dryer,

- access to the residence laundry with a washing machine.

You will also discover St Tropez or Grimaud historic village, both 25 min away by car. At last, plenty of paths will make you explore the coast and its wonders.
