Die Villa ist in sehr gutem Zustand, wird gut gepflegt, geräumig, sehr schön ausgerüstet, und bietet viel Platz für eine große Familie.Beeindruckend ist die wunderschöne Terrasse um den Pool herum. Die Hanglage verschafft einen schönen Ausblick und die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung der Villa ist insgesamt hochwertig und man vermisst nichts. Besondere Erwähnung verdienen der Webergrill und der große Fernseher im Wohnzimmer. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und unkompliziert; ebenso wie mit der Dame vor Ort bei An- und Abreise.
