Nice Location for this property and if you are traveling with Children and located within the EU then this property should fit your wonderfully. It is centrally located right on the harbor/Marina of Cavalaire, close to shopping and dining. The main living area is very large and has a nice TV and Wifi. Unfortunately the only air conditioned room in the unit was the main room which made sleeping a little uncomfortable, but not awful. My French is not that good, so check-in was difficult, but was successful. If your car isn't too large, there is a nice and secure parking spot underneath the building. Washing machine is large and works great. My only regret was not reading the listing a bit closer and seeing that linens and towels were not included, which made me scramble to make it work.
