La villa est parfait pour passer des vacances tranquilles, bien situé pour joindre les plages de Cavalaire, la ville, les petites magazins au Parc de Cavalaire. Gute Unterkunft weit entfernt vom Ortskern

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und einem Hund. Das Haus hat hat einen sehr schönen Pool und Gartenbereich, allerdings muß man bei der Inneneinrichtung ein Paar Abstriche machen. Eine sehr abenteuerliche Treppe nach oben, das obere Bad ist o.k. , das untere ist vorhanden, aber renovierungsbedürftig. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, da gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Insgesamt ist die Einrichtung der Wohnung zweckmäßig aber schön ist was anderes. Die Lage ist o.k. 900 m zum Bäcker o. kleinem Supermarkt und Strand aber ansonsten benutzt man besser das Auto. Es geht steil bergauf beim zurücklaufen u. der Ortskern ist mind. 2 km entfernt. Trotz allem haben wir das beste daraus gemacht u. haben die Zeit genossen, aber ein zweitesmal würden wir nicht wiederkommen.

Die Villa ist im Wohnzimmerbereich und Badezimmerbereich renovierungsbedürftigt. Im Vergleich zu anderen Objekten in der selben Periode, ist das Haus etwas überteuert. Guter Aussenbereich, super Schwimmbad, Küche funktionnel.

Beau logement avec grande piscine

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce logement, dont l'étage a été partiellement rénové. Le logement est très fonctionnel avec ses 4 véritables chambres. L'aménagement extérieur est sans nul doute l'attraction de cette location. Nous avons apprécié la grande piscine, l'espace "plancha" et les superbes vues sur la mer et le port de Cavalaire . Nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner.

Belle grande terrasse avec piscine

Magnifique terrasse extérieure avec une splendide piscine ! Quelques vis à vis au niveau de la piscine mais belle vue mer sur le terrasse en contre bas. Magnifique plancha au gaz - top ! Il reste néanmoins certaines détails pour les 5x* : - un vrai ventilateur par chambre car pas d'air conditionné - manque certaines ampoules électrique - frigo peu fonctionnel pour une famille surtout en cas de canicule ! - Pas de coupe à champagne :-( Bref des petits détails, mais qui peuvent avoir leur importance :-)
