Aucun appel de la réception pour transmettre le code à taper sur la borne le jour d'arrivée et bien sûr aucun code transmis à la réservation par email avant la date du séjour. Heureusement que la responsable a vu que quelqu'un galérait devant la borne car aucun numéro d'appel en cas d'urgence n'est affiché à l'extérieur. Cerise sur le gâteau, j'ai reçu 3 fois par jours, durant 3 jours, le code de réservation par email ...... mais après le séjour !!! Réservation avec Hotels.com ! Arriver à l'hôtel la réceptionniste m'annonce que la chambre est réservé pour 2 personnes ,or j'ai effectué une réservation pour 3 personnes ! De ce fait le 3ème lit en mezzanine n'était pas fait, j'ai du le faire lors de mon arrivée. J'ai réservé un petit déjeuner pour 3 personnes, mais celui-ci été servi seulement à 7h30 qui n'êtait pas stipulé lors de la réservation via le site de ce fait nous avons pas pu prendre le petit déjeuner (30€). Avant mon arrivée j'ai voulu appeler l'hôtel via un 08.... communication facturée 0,50€/minutes pour des renseignements, mon interlocuteur m'a fait patienter plus de 10 minutes qui n'a jamais abouti ! Plus de 5€ d'appel pour rien une honte !!! Le lendemain de ma nuit j'ai donc fait une réclamation pour avoir un remboursement du petit déjeuner et de l'appel, à ce jour aucun retour de Hotels.com 😠. Je déconseille fortement se site et attend toujours votre retour et mon remboursement.
