Many outdoor facilities (football pitch, badminton, petanque, giant trampoline, ping-pong table ...) and indoor (games-room with billiards, table football and air hockey, piano ...) Pool 8 x 4 (alarm NF standards and barriers) with fountain. Pool-house with shower and toilet, plancha and garden furniture. Belvedere with panoramic view composed of garden furniture to admire the sunset. The house has 4 bedrooms: \- 1 master bedroom with bathroom (jet shower, bath and toilet), large bed 160, \- 1 master bedroom with bathroom (shower and toilet), large bed 160, \- 1 bedroom with bathroom (shower and toilet), large bed 160, \- 1 bedroom with bathroom (shower and toilet), large bed 160, \- 1 sofa bed convertible in 140 (real mattress) in the room-de-jeu.
