It has a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a shared outdoor area of around 500 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

\- Bedroom 1: two single beds (90×190)  
\- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190)  
\- Bathroom with bath  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, iron and ironing board.  
  
Outside:  
\- A private 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.  
\- A shared outdoor space of 500 m².   
  
The house is ideally located in Caulnes, in very pleasant surroundings. Nearby, you can enjoy all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...
