The room was very spacious and clean. However the pool was very disappointing and gross. The room service was very slow. The casino was fun.

Hotel Willo (formerly YWCA Hotel Vancouver)
The kitchen is disappointing as there is no pots, no plates, no unstensils. Just stoves and tables!

This was to be a trip of a lifetime at a 5 star hotel which ended with us leaving feeling like we srated in a 3 star hotel. Our stay was 5 nights, room service did not touch the room for 3 days and we had to request to have someone come in twice to atleast empty garbages, give fresh towels, cups ...
