"Apart hotel and a lot of the good view rooms are the apartments privately owned. I know this as I tried to chnage room as our neighbours were quite loud and there was a interconnecting locked door between both rooms. Which lets in a load of noise. I wish the hotels would say this when you choose a room as it would put me off staying there."

"We arrived at the hotel around 20:45 , one of the conditions was to inform the hotel if you were arriving after 8pm prior to arrival which we did weeks before. The gates were shut and the taxi man called the number on the gate - no answer .
