"You notice a calming atmosphere when entering the hotel. There is a lovely furnished seating area by the reception, lovely decoration.
Every member of staff we passed talked to us, and offered their assistance. They carried my suitcase up and down stairs for me as there was not a lift.
The staircase needs to be mentioned, its wide and sweeping with lovely stained glass windows. Each step not to high, and easy to climb for people with slight disabilities.
Room very comfortable, bed slightly on the softer side, but I slept well despite a back condition.
Bathroom had a shower over a bath, and the sides of the bath was quite low to step over.
A very enjoyable experience."
