"When I first arrived to the room we weren’t helped to check into the room. The lady was chit chatting with a friend and not checking us in. Luckily her coworker saw and she helped us. Then when we first got to the room. The door to the bathroom was broken. The first night we ended up getting stuck in the bathroom. Besides that, the room was nice and the rest of the staff were nice."

"Kensington Hotel on State Street at Ann Arbor is a very pleasant place to stay. The facility is clean, quiet, and convenient. It is relatively small, but offers all the upscale amenities you would like to enjoy. I wish we had time to stay longer so that we could use the indoor swimming pool, the lively backyard, the sauna, and the gym, etc. Their workers were all friendly. William at the front desk was particularly awesome. We arrived quite late that evening. He did not only offered the three adults of us a glass of champagne, but also offered to prolong the open time of the pool if our children would like to swim before going to bed. We have a saying in Chinese, 賓至如歸，meaning “the guests arrive as if they are at home.” William made us feel at home indeed."
