A large outdoor patio completely private with pool, spa and outdoor kitchen area with barbecue and bar seating. Various beautiful sitting areas with lounge chairs, views of the mountains and sunsets. A romantic outdoor sitting area with a beautiful fire feature. Within walking distance at the corner of Date Palm and Gerald Ford is a large gym and many restaurants which include food from India, Thailand, Mexico and American. The interior has 3 bedrooms with bathrooms, large office area, a large TV area in the attached casita and large great room with a large circular couch and an incredible kitchen with a breakfast bar and a large dining table.
