Backyard features an outdoor kitchen/dining area, with mature landscape offering plenty of shade. Host your friends around the comfortable pool/spa. This property must be seen to be believed! Other Things to Note: CITY RULES: 1 Car per Bedroom or 4, whichever is less. 2 Overnight Guests per Bedroom or 10 whichever is less. 3 Daily Guests/Visitors per Bedroom or 15, whichever is less.
