The home is very clean and well maintained. It has all the amenities that you would want and require for an extended stay. We were there for two months. The pool and backyard area was beautiful, quiet and perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The home is centrally located and close to many fabulous areas in the greater Palm Springs area. Kyle, himself was a wonderful host. He was always concerned about our well being and on the occasion where we required his assistance to a maintenance need, he dealt with it in an efficient and quick manner. We enjoyed many amenities that are not always part of the VRBO experience, including coffee, hairdryer, shampoo, bodywash, Tide, washer/dryer, two smart TVs and pool. My only regret was not requesting the pool heat, although it was an available option when we reserved the property. Everything was in pristine condition, and we enjoyed our visit. Can’t say enough good things about this house. The owner was very accommodating with early check-in, increasing the pool temperature and checking in from time to time to see how things were going. The house included so many little things that other rentals don’t supply such as: coffee, creamers, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, soaps, spices,etc. Our family of 4 had a wonderful vacation and spent many hours in the lovely pool and yard.
