"We were disappointed with our stay. It took some time to gain entry. We were not given wifi code on arrival. When we requested it later it was produced with the wrong code. Further requests were met with "Do you need it tonight. I'm sleeping now". This was at 9.00 pm. We did get the correct code ..."…""We were disappointed with our stay. It took some time to gain entry.
