"This tiny home was just right for our long weekend with 4 adults and 3 kids. We spent most time outside enjoying the amenities including the pickleball court, swimming pool and fitness center. Albeit a little bare bones, the few cardio machines and free weights were adequate considering no one was ever in there. Unfortunately the water level was not high enough for the kids to swim off the dock but we brought our own paddle boards so we just paddled out into a nearby open cove for them to swim. The kitchen is missing a few essentials but overall I was surprised at how easily it accommodated 7 people. The loft was perfect for my husband and I and our youngest but the ladder stairs would be dangerous for young children or the elderly. Everyone we encountered in that community was very kind and respectful of the “quiet hours”. We enjoyed an AMAZING dinner just across the street at Linebergers and took a day trip to the Lazy5 Ranch and Mooresville. The ranch was a must see for both kids and adults, reasonably priced with a drive thru safari for animal encounters. We passed through Mooresville for ice cream and the kids enjoyed Fred and June Books. The house is located only a couple miles in either direction between grocery stores and the wall slips did a good job of cooling the space within a few hours of arriving. Gloria was a great hostess and we highly recommend!"

"This property is so nice! The owners have thought of everything. It is decorated so cute and you can tell they take a lot of pride in providing an excellent vacation home! There is so much to do and something for all ages. The beds are all great and very comfortable and checkout is a breeze. I would most definitely stay at this fantastic property again!"

"This was a cute, quiet, perfect place for my husband and I to celebrate our 30th anniversary. We had never stayed in a Tiny Home, but it was just the right size for us. Compared to the other locations on the property, we felt this unit was in the best spot. Right in front of the kayaks and pickleball courts and only a 30 second walk to the pool. It has a lovely porch where we sat and watched an evening summer rain storm. Overall, the place was pretty clean, but we had to remove a few stars because many the dishes that were provided were very dirty. The checkout guidelines state for all dishes to be washed and put away and I just don't know that it was followed regularly. Some of the pots, lids, and baking pan that we attempted to use were so dirty that it turned the dishrag black. We just made sure to wash everything we used before (and after) we used them."
