"The exceptional rating for this property is well deserved. Joel pays attention to details - the house was clean, well stocked with all the essentials. Beds were comfortable and the house beautifully furnished. The back yard was a great space for a barbecue, sitting around the fire pit and entertaining anything from a small to large group. I will certainly look to book this property on my next visit to Tucson and will recommend it to anyone. Thanks Joel!Scott"

"Did not like the deposit requirements. This one is a pro and con, the front door always been locked. Front Desk staff did not see me arrive, but also means Noone can just walk in."

"Very nice property and exactly as pictured. Jacob was a very responsive host. Spent 95% of our time in the backyard which was a great space. I wish I had thought of asking about heating the pool as it was a bit cool for most of us, but all in all it was a great place."

"Lots of supplies. Had an issue with the kitchen plumbing on the last day. Thank goodness it was the last day otherwise it may have been a bad thing since the garbage disposal failed. Had to wash lots of dishes manually since the dishwasher performance is Tied to the plumbing situation. The beds on 2 out of the 5 were uncomfortable. So that definitely impacts the rating. "

"We had a great time at the house, and Kevin seemed to think of everything you could possibly need. We especially loved the game room with foosball and the record player. Also great backyard for morning coffee."
