"One of the older hotels un Darwin but still one my favourites. We enjoyed a very relaxing confortable weekend, will be back soon."

"This would be our 3rd or 4th stay at Argus Hotel,Sherherd st. Darwin The staff are very smily and helpful. The rooms are very clean. Unfortunately the bed wasnt as comfortable as our previous stays. The air-conditioning is super effective The laundry is very handy The location is close to all we need. We will definitely stay again"

"Reception lady was rude, the room was disgustingly dirty.we checked straight out refusing to stay people were hanging around. I had another customer lget verbally aggressive at me because i told the reception lady that the room was filthy & the people hanging around didbt seem safe..."

"Good spot for airport transfer. Be aware they rent the pool and restaurant out to all and sundry, so the purported ‚ resort‘ vibe can be easily killed off with three kid’s birthday parties taking up the pool and an adult party in the restaurant."

"The amenities were set out well and the only thing missing was a gym. The staff generously ioffered the use of the gym at their sister property, which was not far. Location was central to Darwins main street"
