Located a few minutes from Moss Landing, Monterey Dunes is 18 miles north of Monterey and nine miles south of Watsonville. *NOTE: Pool open April 1 - Oct. 31. Beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom/3-bath beachfront home with a bonus room. Tri-level with approximately 2000 ft. of living space, it easily accommodates up to eight (3 King, 1 Double). Conveniently located in the center of the complex, with easy access to the common area facilities. The Monterey Dunes Colony is a gated enclave of beachfront vacation homes between Santa Cruz and Monterey.
