Tranquilidade, acima de tudo.

A estadia foi tranquila, confortável e segura. A qualidade, higiene e comodidade do hotel foi boa. A localização embora um pouco afastada do centro, tem a vantagem de proporcionar dias mais perto da natureza e tranquilos.

Muito mau serviço

Chegámos já por volta das 19 h, tínhamos telefonado às 4, a dizer que não tínhamos desistido da estadia, mas, mesmo assim, ao chegar ao quarto, demos com um quarto todo desarrumado pela pessoa anterior à nossa estadia e tivemos que ir à receção dizer para fazerem a cama e limpar o quarto o que foi feito parcialmente, já que chegados mais tarde, verificámos que o cesto dos papéis da casa de banho não tinha sido despejado e continha ainda os desperdícios do hóspede anterior. No dia seguinte, ao pequeno almoço, chegámos após terem estado na sala muitas pessoas, certamente, e mesmo depois de pedir para reporem nas mesas as várias iguarias, não o fizeram, pelo que tivemos que ficar com o que restou nas mesas do serviço, o que foi manifestamente insuficiente. Já as empregadas saiam e entravam, trazendo água, pêssegos em calda e nada mais foi reposto. Só havia colher de café para comer o iogurte ou então colher de sopa. Péssimo serviço! Não pensamos voltar.

Personnel très accueillant

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le personnel de la réception ainsi que le couple propriétaire de l'établissement qui ont tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe pour le mieux. Un petit déjeuner très copieux nous a été servi le matin.
