Located in a quiet and landscaped urbanisation, a few minutes from the fabulous Salinas beach, and Asturias Airport. Ideal for families and surf lovers as this accommodation has a garage and storage room to keep surfboards. This bright apartment is distributed in an open kitchen-living room where you can share pleasant moments with family, in addition to the TV and dining area it has a double sofa bed. The main bedroom has a double bed and a complete en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has two 90 cm beds (trundle bed), a second complete bathroom and an annexe room where you can hang clothes with a washing machine and clothesline. The building has a lift and a parking space with direct access from the lift, and this accommodation also has a communal swimming pool. Without a doubt, the ideal place to enjoy the Asturian coast!
